Return Policies
Go To Bride is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your stock item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A $20 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • Returns are accepted only on stock items (excluding favors) with a minimum purchase price of $125
  • Returns are not allowed on special order gown, maids, headpieces and veils

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Go To Bride is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $1000, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. For Canada and Europe call for rates
